Obituary for Alison Marie Owens (Owens)
Alison Marie Owens, unexpectedly passed away at the young age of 28 on Friday night, March 10th 2023.
Alison was born on December 26, 1994 to parents Pam Owens & Dan Goranson. She was raised in Grantsburg, Wisconsin where she resided for most of her life.
Alison graduated from Grantsburg High School in 2013, where she then went on to pursue many roles. Though Alison took on several different positions throughout her life, she made a positive impact in each, as her work ethic was incomparable. Outside of working, Alison had many things that she loved doing to fill her days. Some of her favorites were fishing with Nell or watching the Green Bay Packers. You could also find Alison singing & dancing always to Elvis or Reba songs that were playing, but most importantly, she loved to make people smile & laugh.
She was a treasured friend to all who were fortunate enough to know her. She had friends wherever she went & her personality & contagious smile would brighten any room. She had a voice that could fill any silence, in the best way possible. Alison was very protective of the people she loved, making sure everyone knew how important they were in her life.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Pam; father, Dan, & her best friend, Nell.
She is survived by her sister, Tabitha (Alexus, Connor, Logan, & Kenna); partner, Sarah (Jezzica, Jozeph, Bella, & Dezirae); as well as her brother, Casey Goransen; along with many friends.
Alison will be deeply missed by all who knew her, her presence in our lives will be forever cherished.
