Obituary for Chris Robert Ingles
Chris Robert Ingles, age 75, a resident of Danbury, WI passed away on November 27, 2022 at home with his loved ones by his side.
Chris was born on December 20, 1946 in Springfield, OH to parents Forest and Eleanor (Gardner) Ingles.
Chris married the love of his life, Peggy Snyder on September 13, 1980 in St. Paul, MN.
Chris worked for Miles Homes for 22 years as the vice president of mortgage/home builders. He and Peggy taught mosaic classes which Chris called “Pain in the Glass”. Chris was Peggy’s “right hand man”.
Chris was a member of the Osman Shrine Temple and a Past Master of Capital City Lodge in St. Paul, MN. He also enjoyed marching in the 4th of July parades with the Wild River Shrine Club. In addition, Chris was a member of J.C.’s and was awarded JC of the year.
In Chris’ free time he enjoyed wood working and planning trips, but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Paul; and foster sister, Susan.
Chris is survived by his loving wife, Peggy; daughter, Lindsey (Aaron) Guetter; 2 grandsons, Jude and Maxwell; sister, Marcia (Paul Olsen) Ingles; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 4:00 PM (visitation from 2:00 - 4:00 PM) at Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home, Webster, WI. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the family or your local animal rescue.
