Obituary for Daniel Patrick Fish
Daniel P. Fish, age 64, a resident of St. Louis Park, MN passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023.
Daniel was born on April 16, 1958 in Warroad, Minnesota to parents, Wayne and Helen “Pat” Fish.
Daniel was a 1975 graduate of Coon Rapids High School. In 1976, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corp where he served until his honorable discharge in 1979.
Daniel was a member of the Basilica of St. Mary in Minneapolis and enjoyed being involved in the church choir. He enjoyed road trips and was a member of the VFW Post.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Patricia “Pat”.
Daniel is survived by his father, Wayne Fish; sister, Deb Zimmerman; brothers, TJ Goalen, Tim Goalen, Dave Fish and Bill Fish; his partner, Brian Thomas; along with other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM (visitation 1-2 PM) at Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home, Webster with Deacon Stan Marczak officiating and full military honors will be presented at the end of the service. Daniel will be interred at a later date at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery.
